Firefly Yoga is dedicated to bringing balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit. A regular yoga practice improves strength, flexibility, range of motion and balance. It calms the mind, helps reduce stress and anxiety, increases circulation and strengthens and tones muscles and organs. Other benefits include; detoxification of the system, increased metabolism and energy, reduction in depression and insomnia and revitalization of the body, mind and soul. Learn the basic poses and alignment principles in order to further your practice. Progression throughout the session keeps the class interesting and fun!
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga
A great way to unwind, release and relax. In this class we spend time sitting, kneeling or lying on the floor for most poses. Appropriate for all levels. This includes the noon Refresh class.
Flow
Flow
A more vigorous class with arm balances and inversions. Best for those who are familiar with yoga.
